3444 series high-temperature conductivity probe

Material: Titanium or 316 Stainless Steel

Typical applications: boiler water, condensate water

Installation method: plug-in type

3455 series sanitary conductivity probe

Material: 316 stainless steel

Typical applications: Pharmaceutical, hygiene, food, and industrial water use

Installation method: Plug in flange installation

-Features and advantages

Each conductivity probe has been tested to obtain its unique four digit electrode constant, which is used in conjunction with GLI's DRY-CAL calibration method to ensure high accuracy in conductivity probe measurements;

This series of conductivity probes offers a variety of material models to choose from, with high temperature response performance, and can cope with any measurement range from ultrapure water to boiler water, as well as various harsh environments;

Multiple installation methods for conductivity probes: compression installation, non-metallic universal, boiler/condenser, and sanitary flange.

-Calibration method

The conductivity measurement electrodes are calibrated using the DRY-CAL calibration method. Each conductivity electrode undergoes conductivity slope measurement and temperature offset measurement at the factory, and each conductivity probe is labeled with its factory calibration data. Operators only need to input the calibration data during installation, and the conductivity electrodes can work normally.
